Sayan has always been very sporting while accepting new challenges & opportunities for himself from the very starting of his career into Corporates. He has been working for around 7 Years in Leading E-commerce & Food Delivery Apps Companies. But at the same time he was missing the fun for his Digital & Marketing Skills as from the childhood he took computers & online games as passion thus always keep himself updated in social media platforms & apps and made himself a Tech Savvy Person.
Later 2011 he took side by side interest for Digital Marketing while doing job and thus TBM came into Existence!
His Team handling Experience from past job helps him a lot to built a wonderful strong team with great hearts. At the same time his born marketing skills helped him to get new clients onboarded and maintain a healthy relationship with all.
Miss Dutta Joined the Company to support the mission & vision set by his Partner & Friend Sayan. Biyas always got the skills to connect people emotionally & understanding the deep rooted facts of people & Tech Mechanism.
Miss Dutta's joining as Co-Founder added new feathers in TBM's Milestones & Achievements in another word she is the Pillar of TBM from backend managing the entire team & daily operations.
As the years passed by Miss Dutta unfolds new ideas & business solutions for the company and also post Covid she started a New Brand with Name Waffle Saga which is a Waffle Joint under the same Company Thinkbizz Marcom PVT.LTD. and added another wing to the company.
