Job Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with leads interested in digital marketing services
• Pitch and sell Digital Marketing Packages (Social Media, Ads, Branding, SEO, etc.)
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Maintain daily call reports and lead status
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the marketing and strategy team for closures

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Telecaller (Digital Marketing / IT Services preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English + Bengali + Hindi
• Proven ability to close deals over calls
• Confident, result-oriented, and target-driven
• Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing is a plus.
