Job Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook & other platforms
• Create monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
• Coordinate with designers, editors, and ad teams
• Monitor engagement, reach, and growth metrics
• Handle posting schedules, captions, hashtags, and community management
• Analyze performance and prepare monthly reports
• Stay updated with trends, reels, and platform algorithms
   

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager
• Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook growth strategies
• Experience handling brand or agency accounts
• Knowledge of basic paid ads and insights is a plus
• Creative mindset with strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
